Free Shipping and Returns
Useful information about delivery and returns
We offer FREE standard ground shipping within the United States. Orders may be shipped via USPS, UPS or FEDEX. All orders will take 3 - 6 business days for delivery.
We also offer free exchanges and returns as long as the products are in new condition. We ask that you try them on a carpeted area and clean them before returning.
For defective products, we offer a one-year limited warranty. Please contact us by emailing a description of the problem. Upon inspection, you will be offered either a replacement or a refund.
